FUSION 600 is a flux cored hardfacing wire containing 50-60% cast tungsten carbide suspended in a nickel alloy matrix. The heterogeneous weld metal composed for tungsten carbides distributed in a hard and extremely tough matrix provide a combination of toughness and wear resistance.

FUSION W hardfacing wire has exceptional wetting characteristics and perform best in applications subject to extreme abrasion with, or without, corrosion.

Abrasion Resistance is rated as Excellent, and Impact Resistance is rated as Moderate.
