QT-PLUS ® is an alloy rich, through hardened severe impact and abrasion resistant wear plate. Our unique alloy and proprietary heat treat process produces a quality wear plate like no other, engineered to be incredibly tough with extraordinary ductility. QT-PLUS® is easily formed and welded to combat tough conditions.
The Utmost Resistance to Abrasion, Corrosion and Erosion
FLEXWEAR ™ is a cloth like cladding comprised of fine tungsten carbide particles suspended in a nickel matrix that is adhered to high wear components of nearly any geometry. Our proprietary “infiltration brazing” process creates a metallurgical bond between the tungsten carbide and the substrate to deliver ultimate resistance.
