DURACORR® 300 Corrosion And Abrasion Resistant Wear Plate
DURACORR 300 is a low carbon, 12% chromium stainless steel produced to a nominal hardness of 300BHN.
This corrosion and abrasion resistant wear plate is for applications requiring both abrasion and corrosion resistance. DURACORR 300 is resistant to dents, unlike other stainless steels.
Fabrication Information
Cold Forming: For thicknesses up to 3/4″, a 2T bend radius minimum is recommended for bending perpendicular to the rolling direction. A 3T radius applies in the other direction.

Standard Plate Sizes: 96” x 240” (2.44m x 6.10m) (widths up to 130” (3.303m) and lengths up to 540” (13.716m) available)
Thickness Range: 3/16” to 2” (4.76mm to 50.8mm) (standard stock size is 1/4″ (6.35mm), 3/8” (9.525mm) and 1/2″ (12.7mm)
Hardness: 260 – 360 BHN
Charpy Notch: 15/lbs. (6.8kg) @ -40°F (-40°C)
