We produce custom Chutes & Hoppers fabricated with our QT-PLUS^® and CHROMEWELD^™ specialty steel products. The combination of our experienced design & fabrication technicians utilizing in-house HD Plasma cutting to form our proprietary tough steel products delivers Hoppers and Chutes that will (1) perform better and (2) last longer than traditional Chutes & Hoppers fabricated with standard AR steel.

SCREENS

JADCO QT-PLUS^® screen plates are custom designed for the toughest impact and abrasion conditions in the mining and aggregate industries. Our QT-PLUS^® provides 3-5 times the wear life of standard AR 400 wear steel commonly used for screens. JADCO’s capability to design and fabricate virtually any size and shape screen design, enables us to quickly deliver custom or standard screen plates that will out perform competitive products.
