When people think of JADCO, they may think of wear-resistant steel, fabricated components, or the products we manufacture to solve some of the toughest wear challenges. But behind every plate cut, every weld made, every order shipped, and every customer problem solved is something even more important: our people. It takes the knowledge, hard work, experience, and dedication of employees across every department to make JADCO what it is today. Each person brings a different skill set to the table, and together, those skills allow us to provide the quality and service our customers have come to expect.

Every JADCO solution is truly a team effort. It can begin with a conversation between our JADCO Pros (the boots on the ground in the field) and a customer about a wear problem that is costing them time, productivity, or money. From there, numerous people may play a role in turning that challenge into a finished solution. Engineering helps determine what will work best, Purchasing and Materials make sure we have what is needed, and our talented employees on the shop floor cut, form, weld, machine, fabricate, and inspect the products that ultimately leave our facility. Quality helps ensure those products meet our standards, while Shipping makes sure they get where they need to go. Behind the scenes, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Administration, and many others provide the support that keeps JADCO moving forward every day. No matter what department within the company, a role is part of a much bigger process.

For nearly five decades, JADCO has built a reputation for taking on tough challenges and providing solutions that stand up to demanding applications around the world. But that reputation isn’t built by our products alone. It’s built every day by the people who show up, share their expertise, solve problems, adapt when challenges arise, help their coworkers, and take pride in doing the job right. Every department and every employee contributes to the JADCO name and the reputation we’ve built together. Our products may be Made JADCO Tough, but it’s our people who keep JADCO TOUGH.

Behind every JADCO TOUGH solution is a team committed to keeping our customers running stronger, longer.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
