What Is The Problem?

Anyone with production equipment has a multitude of tasks demanding their time.

There is always something that needs adjusting, evaluating or replacing. Your job never ends. There are so many things you can be doing; at times it can be overwhelming.

Often what truly needs your attention, tends to get pushed down the list; because you don’t want to do ‘that’ task today. Or you pick an easier assignment to do first, to avoid doing a more difficult task. You know you can do this less important job quickly, and it gives you a sense of accomplishment.

What are you doing, when you are not doing what you are supposed to be doing? That is the problem by ignoring what is most important.

What ends up happening is you put off doing ‘that thing’, until everything grinds to a halt because you didn’t address the issue before it becomes critical.

We often spend so much time accepting our short term and long term problems, they become accepted by everyone as our Standard Operating Procedure.

Rather than simply shrug our shoulders when things don’t go the way we planned; consider what is a better way this could be resolved.

“Here’s what’s wrong – AND – here is a likely solution for it.”

If we only did this one thing, our productivity would fast-track significantly.

We continue to tolerate our ongoing issues as they currently exist. It is essential to find a creative breakthrough method and determine the best course of action.

Without Action, The Truth Is We Are Only Delaying The Inevitable.

There are always going to be problems in business; it is simply a fact of life.

Ask yourself if this challenge puts you in a frustrating mind set.  If it does, do everything in your power to overcome this issue as rapidly as possible.
