JADCO created this shaker screen discharge chute using ½-on-½ CHROMEWELD ™ 600 without the need for exterior structure. Using angle iron welded onto the edges, this allows for a reduction of weight, and cost over what the customer was previously using. If you are not familiar with the term ½-on-½ CCO, it refers to ½” total thickness (2-layers) of Chromium Carbide; applied over ½” thick mild steel base plate.

Other competitors struggle trying to seal joints in CCO. JADCO has engineered the chute design to prevent leaks while assuring maximum wear resistance.
