FUSION ™ Ti is a Flux cored hardsurfacing wire, producing a chrome-titanium-iron deposit. The deposit contains fine titanium carbide particles, in a high chromium martensitic tool steel like matrix.
Available in both .045” and 1/16” diameter wires, it can be used with or without shielding gas. This is the same wire used to create our CHROMEWELD ™ Ti overlay wear plate.
FUSION ™ Ti was designed for hardfacing components subjected to heavy impact, as well as severe gouging and grinding abrasion.
