Incredible hardness, unrivaled performance

CHROMEWELD COMPLEX typical hardness ranges from 65 – 70 HRC and will remain abrasion resistant at temperatures up to 1100 degrees F.

CHROMEWELD COMPLEX plate surface exhibits fissures which are typical stress relieving characteristics essential to the abrasion and impact performance.

CHROMEWELD COMPLEX Fabrication Facts

Mechanical Information

CHROMEWELD™ COMPLEX typical hardness range from 65-70 HRC depending upon deposit thickness. The surface of the plate is a composite of tungsten carbide combined with chromium iron carbides. The surface of the plate exhibits numerous hairline cracks which are essential to the performance of the plate and enable it to be formed, bent and rolled without damage.
