JADCO’s Latest Equipment Investment

JADCO announced a powerful new addition to our manufacturing floor: the Faccin Rolls. Made in Italy, these rolls are renowned worldwide for their unmatched strength and precision for bending high strength steel.

Standing over 14 feet tall, the Faccin Rolls feature a heavier-duty hydraulic system, giving us greater forming capacity than ever before. This upgrade allows us to process thicker, tougher materials with improved efficiency, accuracy, and control.

Purchased in Q1-2025, the rolls are an investment to enhance our CHROMEWELD product line flattening process.

The Faccin Rolls were installed in May. After testing in June, the machine was officially operational at the end of July. This marks an important milestone in our production capabilities.

The new hydraulic Faccin Rolls are designed for streamlined performance and consistency, helping reduce downtime and increase throughput across the board. This is a major leap forward in our shop floor technology, and it’s already making a noticeable impact in quality and improving our delivery times.

They Are One Of Only Two Such Roll Machines In The World

In a testament to Faccin’s engineering excellence, only one Faccin technician from Italy was sent to oversee the installation, despite the size and complexity of the machine.

To make certain we deliver the longest lasting materials for our customers, JADCO has created our own rotary clad machines. This gives us control over every aspect in making our industry leading CHROMEWELD overlay plate.

Why is this important? JADCO controls how our CCO plates are created, assuring your weld overlay has fully formed Chrome Carbides in the weld deposit from top to bottom.

Here is a clad plate after the welding process. The plates then are flattened and trimmed, before cutting to the size you require for your project.
