GCAA MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP & EXPO
Booth #403 • February 24–26, 2026
Each February, the Georgia Construction Aggregates Association brings its membership together for the annual Management Workshop & Expo at the Cobb Galleria in Atlanta, Georgia. The event has become one of the most respected and well-attended gatherings in the aggregates industry, drawing plant managers, operations leaders, and executives from across the region.
The Workshop is designed to address the real challenges facing aggregate producers today. Educational sessions are built around timely topics such as safety performance, workforce development, environmental responsibility, and community relations. These sessions are paired with meaningful peer interaction, giving attendees the opportunity to share experiences, compare approaches, and leave with practical ideas they can apply immediately.
The Expo floor plays a central role in the event’s value. It creates direct access between industry decision-makers and suppliers offering products and services that support plant reliability and efficiency. For many attendees, it is one of the few opportunities each year to evaluate new solutions in person and have detailed technical conversations outside the pressure of daily operations. It is this balance of education and exchange that has earned the event its reputation as a “mini ConAgg.”
Why the Management Workshop & Expo Matters
Aggregate operations continue to operate under increasing demands, from rising input costs and labor constraints to evolving safety and regulatory expectations. The GCAA Management Workshop & Expo provides a focused environment to step back, assess current practices, and engage with peers facing similar pressures.
By combining education with hands-on exposure to new technologies and materials, the Workshop helps attendees make better-informed decisions about how to protect equipment, improve uptime, and plan for long-term operational sustainability. The conversations that begin here often extend well beyond the event, influencing maintenance strategies and capital planning throughout the year.
Why JADCO Is a Fit for Aggregate Operations
Aggregate production environments are defined by constant abrasion, heavy impact, and continuous material flow. While wear is unavoidable, excessive downtime and premature component failure do not have to be.
JADCO manufactures wear-resistant steel solutions engineered specifically for the conditions found in crushing, screening, conveying, and bulk material handling systems. Our QT-PLUS ® wear plate and CHROMEWELD™ overlay products are designed to outperform commodity wear steel, delivering longer service life and more predictable maintenance intervals.
JADCO works directly with plant managers and maintenance teams to select materials that match each application, helping reduce replacement frequency, improve safety during change-outs, and lower total cost of ownership. This application-driven approach aligns closely with the goals of the GCAA Management Workshop, where operational reliability and long-term value take priority.
“As infrastructure demand continues to grow across the Southeast, events like the GCAA Management Workshop help companies prepare for what is next. It connects regional operators with insights, resources, and partners that support sustainable growth and long-term reliability. JADCO always loves coming to Georgia in February, where the weather is better than Pennsylvania, to meet mining professionals on their own turf…to better understand their wear steel needs.”
