Chocky blocks are a common term for these high Chrome cast white iron wear blocks. Cost effective and available in a wide variety of sizes and shapes to protect vulnerable areas, when moving material.

With a minimum of 63 HRC, this alloy delivers maximum high stress abrasion protection. The mild steel backing plate is bonded onto the high Chrome wear material. This allows you to easily weld them onto your equipment without the need for specialized welding alloys.

WELDING, CUTTING AND FORMING INSTRUCTIONS

To protect your mounting bolts on cutting edges, we offer HARDGUARD Donuts and Buttons.

Simply measure the OD of your socket used to tighten the mounting nuts, and compare the ID of the Donut to determine the size you need. The ID is shown as ‘B’ in the top graph of the following chart.

Donuts protect mounting bolts and nuts from wear. Buttons are great for skid pads. All are in stock and ready to ship.

JADCO HARDGUARD Roll Bars are ideal for protecting bucket uprights and target wear areas.

Round roll bars sizes are ready to ship.
