This week of ConExpo-Con/Agg, we will run a daily review of the various types of construction equipment which can/do use JADCO QT Plus and our Chromeweld family of Chrome Carbide Overlay clad plates.

One reason QT-Plus ® is an ideal product for screens, is we can make any size, shape and spacing opening for your specific screen needs.
Flat or curved, you will get longer life using QT-Plus for your punch plate screens.
NOTE: Please do not attempt to actually use a punch press. QT-Plus will destroy your punch.
At JADCO, we plasma cut on a water table with our 5-axis head torch, to deliver precise controls for countersunk bolt holes in QT-Plus or our CHROMEWELD ™ family of products.
Remember Chrome Carbide Overlay plate cannot be cut with an oxy-fuel torch. Plasma or air-arc will remove it. Welding JADCO Chromeweld ™ 600 is not an issue with the mild steel backing plate.
Most other wear plate companies do not have the correct equipment to assure your countersunk bolt holes are the correct size and profile for your application.
For impact with abrasion, Chromeweld™ Ti has the ability to take 24” rocks falling 6’ onto the load deck without breaking up.

Wear pads seen on this loader bucket protect the bottom from tons of high pressure, high stress grinding abrasion. Most OEMs use AR400 which is like an Oreo cookie; having a harder exterior surface and soft center. Heel pads and wear bars made from JADCO QT Plus deliver the same hardness throughout the thickness of the steel. Very few wear plates can prove the same.
